Return Policy
Ultra Smooth Skin wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make at our site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to arrange the return of the product.*
We offer in-store credit with a 15% restocking fee on products if returned within 30 days of purchase. The steps required to successfully return a product are:
- All returned merchandise must have the original sales slip enclosed — orders can't be processed without this!
- You will need a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) in order for it to be accepted.
- Return the product via UPS or US mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured.
- Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
Note: We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping & handling charges.
- We do not accept returns on price-matched items. You may not return an item that has been purchased with a credit from a previous returned item.
- There is a $11.00 fee for cancelled or refused orders.
